JELINEK CORK GROUP ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT WITH CARVER, S.r.l

JUNE 28, 2007 Oakville, Ontario: Jelinek Cork Group is excited to announce a distributor relationship with Carver, S.r.l. of Milan, Italy. Jelinek will be distributing Carver products in North America including Green Line natural oils, commercial and residential grade waterbourne polyurethane, sealers, and primer.

Carver produces the highest quality finishing products in the industry with a focus on environmentally sensitive raw materials and manufacturing. Green Line natural oil is an innovative range of impregnating finishing products based on vegetable oil. It is considered a highly eco-friendly and safe alternative to traditional finishing products and provides resistant, dirt-repellent protection with a satin-like feel when applied to cork or wood. Carver Meta waterbourne polyurethane provides top-of-the-line commercial grade protection and abrasion resistance.
