and is chosen with the greatest of care to insure precision and perfection
in musical instrument production or repairs. Contact
us for details. There are many musical cork components and an assortment of different size preferences. Below is a sampling of some of the more common components. Natural musical cork sheets: common sizes are 6”
x 4” and 12” x 4” ranging in thickness from 1/64”
up to 1/8”. Head corks: all are produced from “golden quality” natural cork. Can be either bleached white or in natural color, with or without center holes. Used primarily for flutes and piccolos, oboes and English horns
Cork pads: preferred for clarinet upper joints. Thickness is usually 3mm.
Cork valves:
top quality natural cork. Saxophone
neck cork: “Golden
quality” natural cork mini sheets, usually 1/16” thickness,
can be installed on any saxophones
Conductors Baton Natural Cork Grips
Baton cork grips are available in a variety
of shapes and sizes.
Jelinek Cork only produces the cork grips for batons.
